I did the parent participation with M & J. It's the same one I did with Dylan. And, the experience with them was just fantastic. I think I was in a better place this time but also because I knew the routine. It is a busy place and the parents are busy cordinating everything but it was by far, the best experience. I couldn't have done it without Claire. Since I had twins, I was required to work twice the amount. I had seen a mother last time with Dylan not make it because it was too much. So I knew I couldn't do it without help. As it turned out, it was a great bonding experience for me with the boys, and with Claire.

Dylan was in Kindergarten, which as it turns out, was just as much work. I helped out as much as I could but I still wish I could have done more. It's just with 3 kids there isn't enough of me to go around. Dylan had my undivided attention for 2 years before the twins went to school so I tried to be a little less involved for Dylan but it didn't always work out. But I wouldn't change a thing.

Dylan finally lost his first tooth. He was playing with his brothers and it just popped out. We had been waiting since most of the other kids lost teeth. Of course, for Jeff and I it was this big debate on how much the tooth fairy should leave him. We just want to do the right thing and not get carried away. It's hard not to because you love them so much.

They all sleep in the same room still. Matthew still has eczyame. Their favorite thing to do is color. Each one takes turn on Tuesday night cooking dinner. They get to pick the meal and cook it. Every night they take turns helping with dishes. We just started allowances. We wouldn't have started M & J so early if they weren't so close in age to Dylan. BUt they're just too close in age. They LOVE swimming. Grandma Lillie bought a small Intex pool about 3 ft deep and they can't stay out of it. Even if it is freezing cold. They always have computer time at 5. It's easier setting a time then bugging us all day. They love Webkinz and Disney. M & J will start soccer next fall, along with Dylan but not on the same team. That should be interesting trying to schedule. They go to bed at 8 wake up at 6:30. They only take naps if they need too, very rarely. If they do, I don't let them sleep long because it's hard to get them to bed at night.

I'm still playing soccer. I most recently dislocated my toe. I was out for a few weeks. Jeff has lost a total of 50 lbs. He's been so dedicated. I'm so proud of him. We recently celebrated our 6th anniversary. We went to Tahoe for the night. We were back to the hotel by 10. We just can't stay up late any more! And, I never was a gambler but I still liked to play a little. I don't think I even want to do that any more. We took $100 between the both of us and it was gone in 10 minutes. There is so much more I could have done with that $100 dollars.

Our summer will be busy. We bought a pool pass this year so we're excited about that. Next year, M & J will probably have the same teacher as Dylan. He's just such a fun teacher and I love that the boys get a male teacher. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the twins will be together, so far it's looks pretty good but you never know. It would just make my life so much easier with all the activities. I will have to get use to making lunches for Dylan, that will be different.
