The Cobra weight block is all that I have left of my second most prized ball. I bowled the ball so many times that the weight block broke free from the shell and the ball became totally useless. This happed to a James, a friend of mine, Also so we got the great idea to take the weight blocks out. I used a table saw and cut a 1 inch groove allthe way around the ball and then just took a screw driver and pounded it in the groove. The ball was so loose that it just broke apart and the weight block fell out. The Cobra was a great ball. Probably my best ball, not favorite(the angle), but best. I shot five 279's with the ball. One 700 sereis with it and took my average up to 189 with it. Take into account that I was only 15 when I got the ball, and only 17 when I quit using the ball.
